I enjoyed my stay with a perfect location near the mosque. Friendly staff provided comfortable accommodations. Housekeeping delays and some wait time for my room were minor inconveniences during an overall satisfying experience. I would certainly consider returning!

Super close to the mosque, just a two-minute walk to Gate 17. The hotel offers classic quadruple rooms with a city view, perfect for families looking to stay together.
A few things could really use some improvement. The rooms felt cramped, particularly one small enough that you couldn't walk around the bed comfortably. Showers turned the entire bathroom floor into a slip hazard thanks to a leaky sliding door on the bathtub. Breakfast food choices were underwhelming, and on one occasion, the fruit appeared as if it had been there for days. On top of that, the internet connection was unreliable, which could make planning your day a bit troublesome. Also, parking charged extra, which feels off for a hotel that aims to offer a premium experience.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the ladies' entrance of Masjid Al Nabawi. I stayed here with my family for four nights and appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and really made an effort to assist us, from check-in to handling requests for extra towels. The breakfast options were decent, but often busy, and some items could have been fresher. One downside was the housekeeping service. While the room was cleaned, it took longer than expected, and I had to follow up for additional toiletries. The elevators were frustrating at times, as they got crowded quickly during peak hours. Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with minor issues that could be easily improved.

I had a pleasant stay, especially enjoying the cozy Classic Room and the beautiful views from my window. The hotel offers nice relaxation spots like a lovely terrace and a small gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Although the bathroom could use a little updating, it didn’t take away from my overall positive experience. 😊

Awesome stay with friends! We visited the mosque and the market, enjoying the perfect location just steps away. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Clean and spacious rooms made it comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for a group trip!
The only downside was that we had to wait quite a while for our room after check-in, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Location is perfect, just a short walk from the mosque. Waited over an hour for our room at check-in, which was frustrating. Staff, especially in the restaurant, could improve their attitude. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Housekeeping needs to respond quicker.
